Following receipt and clearance of payment, we try to be post all purchases within two working days.
Delivery charges will be added in the shopping basket as follows:
Uk Mainland = £3.95
Europe = £5.95
USA and Canada = £6.95
Rest of the World = £9.95
All parcels are dispatched via a method which must be signed for upon receipt (ensuring we can confirm the parcel was received by the customer).
We accept all the major credit / debit cards via our payment gateway (PayPal). As a customer you do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase.
Online Orders & Card Security
All credit / debit card orders placed online are made on a secure, encrypted server to ensure the privacy and security of your information. All payment transactions take place on the secure encrypted server of our payment processor (PayPal) - we never have access to your card details at any time.
Out of Stock items
All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment. As our website is live and interactive, we aim to show only "in stock" items. Although due to high demand on certain products, on occasion the wevsite may show that an item is "in stock" when in fact it is sold out. In such an event you will be contacted as soon as possible.
We are sure that you will be delighted with your order but we understand that sometimes you need to return some items. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase, except sale items which must be returned in 7 days. We are happy to offer an exchange, refund or credit note (please note refunds only apply to online sales and not purchases made in store.) Please wrap items securely and use insured postge when returning, keeping your postage receipt. Post the items back to the following address:

Please fill in a returns form stating the reason for the return and whethter you require a credit, exchange or refund (maybe a link here to returns form) . If you require an exchange we advise that you contact us first to check availability. All refunds will be credited, including postage costs, to the card used at the time of purchase. Returned goods which are lost in the post, arrive damaged or in an unfit condition for re-sale will not be refunded. Goods dispatched by Shooligans that are damaged in transit will be replaced at no extra cost. Please inform us within 3 days of receipt.
Shooligans defines footwear defective when there is a flaw that involves a manufacturing fault. To make a defective footwear claim please send details via email and post the footwear back to the above address. If the footwear is faulty Shooligans will replace or exchange it and your postage costs will be refunded. Once inspected any footwear that doesn't have a manufacturing fault will be returned to the customer. Worn shoes that develop slight cosmetic defects in materials and stitching will not warrant a credit.
